After attending training courses over the past 25 years, at last one has been created that is both inspirational and effective!
It enables behavioural change for the attendees, resulting in tangible benefits in the workplace that actually deliver immediate change. The people are empowered to take responsibility for change within themselves, leading to accountability for their actions in the workplace, and are provided with the tools to deliver long term business benefits.

‘How can I support you (to work at your best)’ has produced amazing commitment and a closeness within the team. Team managers are far more open and honest with each other.
They come to me less for guidance on how to handle each other with delicate issues.

‘The ILM Level 5 in Coaching & Mentoring with ‘Training Attention’ has fantastic Clean Language structure and material content. The ‘Clean Circle’ and ‘Clean Forms’ were easy to follow, which has helped me to facilitate highly effective personal coaching sessions. Focusing the coachee’s metophoric landscape with a few simple ‘Clean’ questions has helped to totally transform a specific individual, so she has far more in control of her future with a proactive career plan. Clean Language is excellent with keeping your own model of the world out of the coaching session, therefore staying ‘client focused’. I was privileged to work with Caitlin in practise sessions and receiving personal feedback. Caitlin has also created a DVD of previous workshops to aid the training which I highly recommend (Clean Language & Systemic Modelling).

Training my attention has given me new tools and techniques that I have found very effective when working with clients, employers and even colleagues.
As a result I feel more confident in my role and others including my line manager have said that since working with Training Attention they have seen me grow and improve in confidence as a Consultant.

I wanted to tell you I used a “clean set up ” for a development session I was doing and it worked really well, in that I got a much clearer understanding about what people really needed from the day.
Secondly I used a few clean questions with some one I was giving feedback to who kept using the word “annoyed” – again it helped me explore the impact of that word/emotion with her – not sure if I would have picked up the word annoyed if we hadn’t have done the work on looking for patterns.

I appreciated you taking the time to meet with me and for you tailoring the time around my needs, rather than you coming with a pre-prepared script.
I found this to be valuable because I did not spend any time thinking how is this relevant to me and was able to listen and engage with you fully. An example of clean feedback about clean feedback.

A quick email to say I delivered Clean Feedback and the Drama Karma Triangle for the first time in a formal setting yesterday. It went really well.
I thought the participants (a group of 25 of my peers and managers where I work) were going to be really tough and would take some convincing yet they absolutely loved it and have asked for more.
I just wanted to let you know that if it wasnt for the high calibre of the training I have had from yourself I dont think I could ever of done so well. So I just wanted to say a great big thank you!

“This is the first diversity course where I haven’t walked away feeling discriminated against”
“This course made me accept that I personally do discriminate, to try to ask “why I do” in future, before I do it, in order to try and prevent it”

I have worked with this company in a variety of capacities over the past 6 years both as a delegate to their training and then as a commissioner to buy in their training for adults in the children’s/school workforce and also with pupils in several schools (both primary and secondary) in our authority.
I have found their work to be innovative and inspirational. It completely engages everyone who attends their training and their impressive grasp and use of meta-cognitive styles enables them to maintain the interest and inspire those with whom they are working.
The projects that they have rolled out in our authority have made a real impact on teachers and pupils. This impact continues to be felt because of the way they empowered staff and have given them the confidence to carry on the work after they have gone.

“A fabulous course – very uplifting helped me recognise that feelings are very important in the way we learn – moving the brain to a receptive learning area. Thanks for this, so much, can’t
wait to do more.”

The Centre for Excellence for Teaching and Learning at Liverpool John Moore’s University has been working with Training Attention Ltd for the last 3 years.
They were initially approached to help explore ways to enhance the student potential. Since they have been working with us we have completely changed the way that the staff team approach working with their students. They have supported us in staff development as well as producing excellent resources for the students to use to support their own personal development.
Training Attention have worked with a number of different groups on a variety of projects and each one has focused around improving relationships, understanding and whole system change.Training Attention’s approaches are focused yet simple and although challenging to start with, very quickly start to change practice, ideas and people. They have a huge amount of energy that they direct at the problems, and the solutions they help us come to are often nothing short of brilliant. They bring with them a different way of doing things, a huge amount of personal integrity, they really do walk the talk and a tenacity to get things moving and make change happen. Their philosophy of wanting others to be able to do what they can do means that we are all able to run the programs without them and then things really do start to happen and quickly.
