Once the programme is designed and the supporting materials are written, we’ll ensure that your in house trainers and managers can continue delivering the programme. This reduces your dependency on external expertise and maximises your investment in internal resources.
All our programmes to train in-house staff or involving more than 4 days facilitation with us can be dovetailed with our ILM in Coaching Qualification. Participants can achieve a VRQ Level 3 Award, Level 3 Certificate, Level 5 Certificate or Level 5 Diploma.
