Certification
Up until now the only route to Training your Attention has been through apprenticeship over 2 years. After an in depth modelling session we have designed a distance learning certification process consistent with our high standards. We have a beautiful workbook, courtesy of the talented Marian Way, to record evidence of the Level 1 skills in Clean Set-up, Clean feedback and Developmental Tasking.
These now dovetail with our ILM Packages, please ask!
Unlike most certification courses ours is a peer review programme - an example of the non-hierarchical nature of clean questions. At Level 1 evidence can be submitted in writing, as an MP3 file or a video blog. It will be reviewed by 2 peers who are experienced to Level 3 standard, i.e. design and deliver Systemic Modelling processes in which individuals within groups become adept self-modellers.
The Level 1 Certification underpins all of our work and leads to large scale organisational change as shown in our systemic modelling charts; download a chart showing Systemic Modelling in Organisations.
In all of these, we use the clean feedback model in our interactions with others, clean questions and develop both personal and organisational metaphors. We apply all of our models rigorously to ourselves and the metaphors@work approach runs through our work with groups.
