Peer coaching networks
We believe that peer coaching networks are a powerful mechanism organisational learning. We train your staff to make this process an example of double loop learning, where the coach receives as much learning from the experience as the focus. We’ll support you to bring groups together across divisions and hierarchies so that the peer coaching networks facilitate interdepartmental communication, dissemination of best practice, mentoring opportunities and CPD.
We can design a programme for you which dovetails with other projects such as appraisal and performance management roll outs or organisational change, thereby minimising down time for staff.
All our programmes to train in-house staff or involving more than 4 days facilitation with us can be dovetailed with our ILM in Coaching Qualification. Participants can achieve a VRQ Level 3 Award, Level 3 Certificate, Level 5 Certificate or Level 5 Diploma.
