Modelling and disseminating best practice
Sometimes it’s useful to simply communicate across divisions and promote practices in the company which are working well. We ask you to put forward ‘exemplars’ – people or teams which exemplify what you would like more of in your business. From working with these exemplars and exploring the context in which they succeed we will come up with a basic structure which can be replicated.
We work with your staff to find the best way of disseminating the ideas, perhaps through facilitated training sessions or written into Induction courses. Read our section on peer coaching networks for alternative ideas on disseminating best practice.
All our programmes to train in-house staff or involving more than 4 days facilitation with us can be dovetailed with our ILM in Coaching Qualification. Participants can achieve a VRQ Level 3 Award, Level 3 Certificate, Level 5 Certificate or Level 5 Diploma.
