Who is this course for?
This course is for Individuals and groups involved in multi-disciplinary working, projects and category teams, senior managers.
Course includes:
- Identifying stereotyping, prejudice and discrimination
- Group Think – when similar people get together and get it wrong
- Creating a context within which people can ask questions confidently
- Beyond Belbin – looking for patterns and styles that are non-prescriptive
- Negotiating across different rules and values
- Raising creativity through peer networks and feedback
- Troubleshooting and sharing best practice
About the course
This course experiential in nature. It is spread over 2 half delivery days of group learning and action learning sets who meet in between and coaching practice, which is supervised on line and by teleconference.
You will be in a group of up to 20 people with 2 Training Attention facilitators. You will work in a smaller, action learning group of 3 – 6 people.

Coming on our course will provide you with more than just some action points for improving creativity in your company. You will develop skills for use in meetings, your own career development and at home. You will improve your communication and develop a high level of self awareness.
How long does it take?
The 2 half days are spread over a few weeks. You will work in a smaller, action learning group of between 3 – 6 people meeting for practise and coaching between the training sessions. This practise will be supervised on-line or by teleconferencing.
What commitments are involved?
As well as the face to face training time you will need to make time for:
- Completing the workbook with your practise log and learning reflection
- Meeting up either in person or by teleconference for a total of 2 hours with your action learning set in between training
- Email supervision and communication with course facilitators during the practice

Run group processes with diverse teams to set up projects or de-brief difficulties Understand the conditions in which diverse teams thrive Have a clear sense of your own experience in teams and what works best for you Explore different kinds of creativity and how to create synergy for better results

£150 per person, plus VAT for open access courses (see events page for planned courses in next 6 months)
£1950, plus VAT for organisational or co-opted courses delivered to up to 20 participants
