Cultural Change
In any consultancy project our first job is to establish outcomes from key players. We often find that although Leaders use the same language, your expectations about what an actual business outcome will look like, sound like, feel like are very different.
We interview each member of the team separately and then bring you together for a development day in which you can establish a cohesive message around the organisational development you want to achieve.
Cultural Change is best delivered through ‘diagonal slice’ groups, mixing seniority and departments. We help you to explore current organisational practice which is consistent and inconsistent with the change you are trying to achieve.
We run facilitated sessions which empower your diagonal slices to make the changes themselves, thereby breeding independence from the consultancy, improving ownership and company ‘fit’.
All our programmes to train in-house staff or involving more than 4 days facilitation with us can be dovetailed with our ILM in Coaching Qualification. Participants can achieve a VRQ Level 3 Award, Level 3 Certificate, Level 5 Certificate or Level 5 Diploma. u don’t need any prior experience in coaching for this course, just the professional context in which to practice with direct reports, team or group members and peers. In order to register for the Level 5 Qualification you must be a middle or senior manager, or have existing coaching experience at senior levels in a company.
