Why learn with us?
Training Attention have been developing new, innovative training methods since 1997. Our models have been presented and published at a wide range of academic conference and are used by: the Institute of Leadership and Management, Universities, Teacher Training Colleges, Schools, the NHS, the Police and private corporations including Boots PLC and the Jeyes Group.
We are experts in delivering double loop learning and ensuring that the group work is as useful for individual personal development as it is for the transfer of information. We’ve applied our ideas in many diverse contexts such as corporate mergers, culture change, preventing bullying in schools and improving job outcomes for the long term unemployed. This variety keeps our processes fresh and exciting and ensures we know how to adapt ourselves to your environment, whatever it might be.
