Assessment Centre Packages for Recruitment and Selection
We’ve designed assessment centre exercises for key traits which can be incorporated into a wider package of interviewing, work sample tests and psychometrics. Our group exercises assess candidates’ ability to ywork in diversit, think creatively and more. We can work back from the traits and competencies you are trying to recruit and design a bespoke exercise for you.
As is our company style, we prefer to design the exercise and then train your in house HR staff and managers to continue the programme.
All our programmes to train in-house staff or involving more than 4 days facilitation with us can be dovetailed with our ILM in Coaching Qualification. Participants can achieve a VRQ Level 3 Award, Level 3 Certificate, Level 5 Certificate or Level 5 Diploma.
