Appraisal systems and performance management
Feedback is essential in learning organisations, it is the mechanism by which a system begins to evolve and update. However, disseminating high quality feedback about performance is hard to do without ruffling feathers! Our appraisal packages are formed of two key components.
The first is exploring competencies – what behaviours would you like to see more of in the business? Less of? How can these be evidenced and measured?
The second is providing training around giving and receiving feedback.

All our programmes to train in-house staff or involving more than 4 days facilitation with us can be dovetailed with our ILM in Coaching Qualification. Participants can achieve a VRQ Level 3 Award, Level 3 Certificate, Level 5 Certificate or Level 5 Diploma.
