Modelling groups for Organisational Change

When working with whole organisations who want to achieve a systemic change, we run the Metaphors@Work process on a large scale.

We invite the organisation to select representatives from all layers, departments and seniorities to give extra attention, 1:1 sessions and to be involved in several trainings. This ‘diagonal slice’ group then becomes responsible for continuing to embed change after the intervention.

We start with small group trainings to engage individuals and gradually ‘chunk up’ to working with larger teams and groups

Whole day, all staff events to begin and end the project work well, if they are achievable.

For more details, see the Metaphors@Work page and read the Bexley PCT case study
