Celebrating Diversity - 4 days

with Michael Mallows

This module works on the premise that diversity is infinitely more a source of abundance and celebration that a cause for concern or conflict.

It does not deny the reality of the many battles and barriers, the antagonism, fear, ignorance and hatred that flows through so many corners of our lives.

It starts from where we are and says, how can we see above and beyond?

Our aim is to create communities and work places that encourage asking questions, allow people to acknowledge and own their prejudices and to challenge discrimination. It will be a very personal and pragmatic module.
