Systemic modelling
We are a specialist team of systemic thinkers and creative facilitators working in business, education, health, community and training.
We work with individual systems and systems of individuals, paying them exquisite attention and introducing systems thinking with the lightest of touches.
We want to work with people who embrace the notion of applying and testing any changes on themselves before applying them to others.
Our intention is to co-create systems in which more people can live, work and learn at their best more of the time.
What we do
We treat all of our client's skills and abilities with the same degree of respect, regardless of how they're currently using them. Our associates are as comfortable working with senior management as they are with disaffected teenagers. We work 1-1 and with organisations of up to 1500 people. We believe that if these processes work, they should be available to as many people across our community as possible.
We use and teach: Clean Questions, Systemic Modelling and NLP. Those that take on our practice as part of their core culture acquire a practical tool for putting systems thinking into practice.
We believe in creating sustainable change that continues without us. We evaluate our work and keep on learning about and updating our approach.
