You'll be expected to be competent in the basics of Systemic Modelling
Clean set-up, Clean Feedback, Conversational Clean Questions and
Eliciting basic metaphor landscapes
To develop this competency join an introduction course or use the Systemic Modeling DVD or sign up for distance learning certification.
Over the four days we'll cover the Metaphors@Work process for working with groups and teams. At the same time you'll be setting yourselves and each other developmental tasks to become more flexible in your facilitation.

This event is available for coaches and clients and who want to develop their skills in eliciting metaphors for change.
We'll create a safe supportive space to work through issues, model outcomes and create the conditions for change

Health4Life is a course for people who want to: ·Explore the relationship between their body, mind and spirit using self generated metaphors and symbols ·Acknowledge the relationship between their everyday behaviour and their health – and make informed improvements We will provide: ·A personal session before and after the course with both course facilitators ·Information about nutrition and symptoms from a Medical Herbalist ·Group facilitation from an Organisational Psychologist and trainer of symbolic modelling ·Comfy seats, warmth, light, fresh air and movement ·Talking, sharing, thinking, reading and writing in a small group or individually
How much will this cost?
£350 (+VAT) for 2 days plus the 2 personal consultations before and after Concessions and bursaries are available for a percentage of people who find that cost restrictive and anyone with skills to swap. Just call!
